Article 594 — Opposition

1/ Creditors may submit an opposition to the decision to continue or terminate an ongoing contracts; Such opposition shall be filed within seven consecutive days from the date of the decision of the supervisor-in reorganization or trustee- in bankruptcy. 2/ Any opposition shall be decided by the supervisory judge within seven consecutive days of filing. 3/ An appeal may be filed with the court on the decision of the supervisory judge within ten consecutive days of such decision..
