1/ Where, during a financial year, seats on the
supervisory board are vacant, the surviving members
shall continue to carry out their functions until a
general meeting appoints replacement.
2/ The replacements shall complete the period for
which the members of the supervisory board who
vacated the seat were appointed.
3/ Where there are no surviving members of the
supervisory board, the Auditors shall discharge the
responsibilities of the supervisory board until the
general meeting appoints replacements to the
supervisory board.
