Article 290 — Temporary Warrants

1/ Where bearer shares have been issued prior to the coming into force of this law, temporary bearer warrants shall only be issued in respect of bearer shares which are fully paid; Temporary warrants shall be of no effect where they are issued before bearer shares are fully paid. 2/ Where temporary registered warrants are issued in respect of bearer shares issued before the coming into force of this law, they may only be transferred under provisions relating to the assignment of debts. 3/ Temporary warrants in respect of registered shares shall be registered. The provisions relating to registered shares apply to the transfer of such warrants.
