Article 626 — Payment of Debts arising in the Ordinary Course

1/ The debtor shall pay all debts arising in the ordinary course of business, except for the claims already subjected to a single stay as provided for in Article 625 of this Code. 2/ Where the debtor anticipates that he will be unable to pay all debts arising in the ordinary course of business, the debtor shall file for the opening of reorganization proceedings. 3/ In case of cessation of payments, the debtor shall file for bankruptcy proceedings in accordance with sub article 2 of Article 705
