Article 480 — Bankruptcy and Winding-Up

1/ Where a company is declared bankrupt by a court, the winding-up shall proceed in accordance with the provisions of this Code pertaining to bankruptcy. 2/ Subject to the provisions of this Code on bankruptcy, the directors` powers to represent the company shall be restricted to cases where that is necessary for the work.
