Article 421 — Confirmation of Certain Decisions by a Court

1/ A resolution adopted under Article 418 of this Code shall be submitted to the court for confirmation within fifteen days from the meeting by the company, the representative of the debenture holders or by a debenture holder; the resolution shall be of no effect unless confirmed by court. 2/ Debenture holders who dissented or were absent may oppose the confirmation of the resolution.
