Article 527 — Applicable Provisions

Subject to the special provisions of this Chapter, the provisions of this Code:
1/ under Article 392403 concerning general meetings;
2/ under Article 442446, 448-451, 453-461 or 462-470 concerning the increase or reduction of capital shall apply to this Chapter as appropriate.
