Article 676 — Statute of Limitation

1/ Invalidation proceedings brought under this Section shall be barred after two years from the date of the judgment opening reorganization proceedings. 2/ Where the debtor did not inform the supervisor in reorganization about the acts and transactions subject to invalidation, the period of the statute of limitation mentioned above shall run from the day the supervisor in reorganization knew about the existence of such act.
