Article 818 — Submission of Documents

1/ The following documents shall be submitted as annexes to an application by the debtor for the opening of simplified bankruptcy proceedings: a) the last balance sheet, financial statements or accounts of the debtor; b) a list of commercial credits and debts, with the names and address of the creditors and debtors; c) a list of main ongoing contracts, including supply contracts, lease and license agreements. 2/ The court may order the debtor or any third party, including banks and public authorities, to submit any additional relevant documents.
