1/ The management of the parent company must inform in writing the management of a subsidiary as soon as control has been established or removed.
2/ As soon as it is informed, the subsidiary, unless it is a foreign company and such obligation is not recognized by the law of the country whose rules apply to the subsidiary, must inform without delay the parent company of the number of shares and voting rights held by it in the parent company, and in any other companies.
