Article 213 — Firm-Name

1/ A limited partnership shall have a firm-name. 2/ The name of the partnership shall consist of the names of at least two general partners followed by the words “Limited Partnership”. 3/ Where a limited partner allows his name to be included in the firm-name, he shall be liable jointly and severally with the partnership itself for obligations emanating from the undertakings of the partnership with third parties in good faith as though he were a general partner.
