Article 366 — Calling Meetings

1/ General meetings are called by the directors, supervisory board, if any, the Auditors, the liquidators or, where appropriate, by the court. 2/ Notwithstanding the provisions of Sub-Article (1) of this Article, the Ministry of Trade and Industry or any other relevant government authority may, on its own motion or upon request by any interested person, call a general meeting where there is a compelling reason and the meeting under Sub-Article (1) of this Article could not be called or calling that would take long time. 3/ Upon a request of shareholders representing five percent of the share capital, the court of the place where the head-office is situate may, where it is of the opinion that the request is appropriate, appoint a representative to call a meeting and to draw up the agenda for consideration.
