Article 158 — Correction to the Commercial Registration

1/ The owner of the business let out for hire shall cause his name to be struck off the commercial register. His name shall not be so struck off the register if he happens to have other businesses not covered by the lease. In such a case, appropriate changes shall be made to the entry in the register as concerns the business that has been let out for hire. 2/ The lessee shall cause his name to be entered in the commercial register in accordance with the provisions of Title Four of this Book.
