Article 369 — Extraordinary Meetings or Special Meetings Called

by Reason of Lack of Quorum Where an extraordinary or special meeting has been unable to function for lack of quorum, a second and a third meeting, if necessary, shall be called at one week`s interval in accordance with Article 366 and 367 of this Code.
