Article 604 — Powers of the Bankruptcy Court

1/ The Court which has opened reorganization or bankruptcy proceedings shall supervise all proceedings and shall make orders on matters which are outside the powers of the supervisory judge; It shall hear appeals from orders of the supervisory judge. 2/ The Court shall have the power to hear and decide on all cases connected with reorganization and bankruptcy proceedings, including matters referred to in Article 600(2) of this Code.
