Article 456 — Subscription of New Shares

1/ An application to subscribe is not effective unless accompanied by the amount to be paid on subscription. 2/ The provisions of Article 260 and 268 of this Code shall apply mutatis mutandis to increase the capital of a company effected by the issue of cash shares.
