Article 99 — Sequestration of Property.

Where the criminal has been convicted and sentenced in his absence for conspiring or engaging in hostile acts against the constitutional order or the internal and external security of the State, the Court may in addition to any other penalty order the sequestration of his property. The provisions of Article 98(3) shall apply to an order of sequestration. Paragraph II. Other Pecuniary Effects
