Article 764 — Entry into the Register of Judgments.

(1) Entry in the judgment register (Art. 156) shall be ordered in respect of sentences for petty offences which are final, so that the Courts may be fully informed of the antecedents of an accused person. (2) Such communications are subject to the provisions regarding crimes (Art. 156).
