Article 114 — Execution of Sentence in the Case of Members of the
Revised Criminal Code (English)

Defence Forces. The foregoing provisions shall be without prejudice to the execution of sentences with deprivation of personal liberty, in the case of members of the Defence Forces in which case the sentence shall be carried into effect in military prisons, camps or fortifications. The manner of carrying out such sentences shall be laid down by regulations.
