Article 508 — Endangering Fixed Platform on a Continental Shelf

or an Aircraft or a Ship.
(1) Whoever intentionally and unlawfully performs an act of violence against a person in a fixed platform on a continental shelf or an aircraft in flight or landing in an airport or a ship on navigation or harbouring on a port, which act is likely to endanger the safety of the platform, the aircraft or the ship, is punishable with rigorous imprisonment from fifteen years to twenty-five years.
(2) Whoever negligently performs an act of violence against a person in a fixed platform on a continental shelf or in an aircraft in flight or landing in an airport or a ship on navigation or harbouring on a port; which act is likely to endanger the safety of the platform, the aircraft or the ship, is punishable with rigorous imprisonment from five years to fifteen years.
