Article 428 — Giving Things of Value Without or With Inadequate

Consideration. Whoever, in the circumstances specified under Article 417, offers, gives or agrees to give to any public servant or to any other person related to him, anything of value without or with an inadequate consideration, is punishable with simple imprisonment not exceeding five years.
