Article 300 — Conspiracy or Concert to Raise a Mutiny.

(1) Whoever conspires or joins with others for the purpose of preparing a mutiny or seditious movement, is punishable, according to the circumstances of the case, with simple imprisonment, or with rigorous imprisonment not exceeding ten years. (2) Where the crime is committed in time of emergency, general mobilization or war, the punishment shall be rigorous imprisonment from three years to twenty years.
