Article 142 — Suspension and Withdrawal of a License.

In the case of a grave or repeated crime committed by any physical or juridical person holding an official license entitling him/it to carry out any profession or activity the Court may, in addition to the penalty imposed, order the withdrawal of the license for a period of from one month to one year. In cases of recidivism or of a particularly grave danger the license may be revoked for good. Nothing in this Article shall affect the provisions of Article 123(c).
