Article 393 — Importation, Exportation, Acquisition and Storing of

Goods. Whoever imports, exports, acquires or procures or accepts for storage falsified, counterfeited, altered or adulterated goods, for the purpose of deceiving another, or knowing that they are intended to deceive, is punishable with rigorous imprisonment not exceeding seven years and fine.
