Article 317 — Crime Committed against the Possessions of a

Wounded or Killed Member. Any member of the Defence Forces who, with the intent to gain unlawful enrichment, takes public or any other property from a member wounded or killed in the battle field, is punishable with rigorous imprisonment not exceeding ten years.
