Article 756 — Warning and Reproof.

(1) A warning, reproof, reprimand or the making of amends (Art. 122) may be imposed by the Court in addition to a penalty of arrest, compulsory work or fine. (2) The Court may substitute the above mentioned penalty for the principal penalty in the case of extenuating circumstances or minor offences.
