Article 843 — Infringement of the Right to Private Secrecy.

Whoever, in cases of minor importance or cases of negligence not deserving to be punished under the Criminal Code (Art. 606), violates the right to the secrecy of private life, correspondence or persona matters for whatever motive, is punishable with fine or arrest not exceeding fifteen days.
