Article 195 — Enquiry.

Where the Court is of the opinion that previous enquiry is necessary for the purpose of deciding whether suspension should be granted, it shall require information as to antecedents, character, living and working conditions of the criminal applying for suspension. Information may be given by a supervisor or a reliable welfare worker or an officer of a charitable organization.
