Article 457 — Form of application

Article text
An application for the execution of a foreign judgment shall be in writing and shall be accompanied by :
(a) a certified copy of the judgment to be executed; and .
(b) a certificate signed by the President or the r~strar of the court having given judgment to the effect that such judgment is final and enforceable.
