(1) Where the petitioner fails to comply with an order under Art 365, the proceedings shall be stayed and in the meantime execu- tion of the decre~ to which the petition relates shall not he stayed.
(2) Nothing in this. Article. shall affect the provisiolU .ofArt. 361
