Article 232 — Effect of rejection

(I) Where a statement of claun is rejected, the registrar shall: (a) in cases of rejection under Art. 229, return the statement of e1aim and annexes to the plaiuiiffand Jive him the reason for such rejection: Provided that, where the plaintiff is diSsatisfied with the reason given for the rejection, he may apply within five days to the court for a revision of the registrar's decision; (b) in cases of rejection under Art. 231, refund the pJ.ointifTwith- the prescribed portion of the court fee oaid on filling the. sta- tement of claim and enter a note of tbcrejection in ~e rejI- ter of civil suits.
