Article 18 — Claim which Cll1I1IOtbe expressed in money

Without prejudice to the provisions of Art. 15 (2) and (3), where the subject matter of a suit cannot be expressed in money, such suit sIuill be tried by tho Awradja Guezat Court having local juris- diction.
