Article 229 — , the registrar shall:

(a) make the entryrequired by Art. 214; (b) examine and compare the original and cppy of any document attached to the statement of claim and, on ruiding the copy to be correct, shall certify it to be so and file it and shall return the ori,nnal to the plaintiff after marking it for purpo~ of identification; and (c) submit the'statement of claim and anf\exes to the court.
