Article 375 — Questions to be determived by court executing decree

(1) Any question arising between the parties to the suit in which the decree was passed concerning the execution, discharge or satis- faction of the decree, shall be determined by the court executing the same and not by a separate suit. (1) Any question arising a.~~" whether or not any person is the repre- sentative of a pBr"j shall, for the purposes of this Article, be de- termined by the court executing the decree.
