Article 394 — Decree for payment of money

(I) Without prejudice to the provisions of the. following Articles. every decree for the payment of money. including a decree for the payment of money as the alternative to some other relief. may be executed by the attachhment and sale of the judgment- debtor's property. (2) The value of the property attached shall. as nearly as may be. correspond with the amount due under the decree.
