Article 227 — Claim relatmg to periodical dues

(1) Where the claime relates to periodical dues payable for a speci- fied period of time, the value of the capital producing such dues shall be indicated in the statement of claim. (2) Where the claim relates to periodical dues payable for an unspe- cified period of time, then, for purpoSes of pecuniary jurisdiction only, the value of the annual amount of such dues multiplied by twenty shall be indicated in the statement of claim,.
