Article 262 — When deposition to be interpreted

Where evidence is to be given in a language other than Amharic, it shall be interepreted by the official interpreter or by such other person as the court may appoint for the purpose, which person shall before interpreting the evidence, take the oath or affirmation in the form provided for by the Third Schedule to this Code.
