Article text
(1). The parties may by a compromise agreement relating to all or some of the matters in issue terminate a dispute with respect to which a suit has been instituted. (2). Without prejudice to the provisions of this Chapter, the pro- visions of Arts. 3307-3324 of the Civil Code shall apply to com- promise agreements, in particular as regards the effect of, appeal from and invalidation of such agreements.
