Article 114 — Particulars to be specified in summons

(1) Every summons shall specify the time and place at which the witness is reqwred to attend. and whernei' his attendance is requi- red for the purpose of giving evidenre or producing a document, or both.
(2) Any particular docG;l1ent to be produced by the witness shall be described in the summons with reasonable accuracy.
