Article 215 — Court fees

1. Without prejudice to the provisions of Arts. 467-479, no statement of claim shall be admitted under Art. 230 except after payment of the prescribed court fee. (2) The prescribed court fee shall also be paid upon the filing of a state ment of defence containing a counter-claim.
