Where the plaintiff seeks to establish, enforce or terminate a right the actual value of which cannot be indicated in accordance with the preceding Articles, then, for purposes of pecuniary jurisdiction only, statement of claim shall, whenever possible, indicate the estima- ted pecuniary benefit, if any, which would accrue to the plaintiff in consequence of judgment being given in his favour.
