Article 390 — Release from detentioll

(1) The court shall order that the judgment-debtor be released from detention: (a) upon the amount due of the decree being paid into court or to. the afficer in charge af the prison, or satisfaction of the decree being atherwise abtained; or (b) upon the request af the decree-halder. (2) A judgment-debtor released under sub-art. (1) may nat be rc:- arrested in executian af the same decree.
