Article 388 — Particulars in warrant of arrest

(1) Every warrant issued ~der Art. 386 (4) or 387 shall direct the officer entrusted with its execution to bring the iudgment-debtor before the court unless satisfaction of the decree by his personal obedience is sooner obtained. (2) No warrant of arrest shall be executed where satisfaction is ob- tained in accordance with sub.art. (1).
