Article 395 — Modes of paying money

(1) All money ~yable under a decree shall be paid as follows. namely: (a) into the court whose duty it is to executetl1e-decree: (b) out of court to the decree-holder; or .. (c) otherwiSt' as the court which passed the decree directs. (2) Where any payment is made under sub-art. (I), notice thereof shall be given to the decree-holder.
