(1) Where a claim relates to a specific thing, the statement of claim shall contain'such particulars as are necessary to indentify such thing. (2) Where a claim relates to immovable property, the statement of claim shall contain a description of such property suffici'~nt to identify it and, where such property can be identified 'tJy boun- daries or numbers in a public record, the statement of claim shall specify such boundaries or numbers.
