Advocacy License Evaluation
Committee
1/ “Advocacy License Evaluation
Committee”, which decides whether
advocacy license should be granted or
not is hereby established by this
Proclamation;
2/ The Committee shall have five members
comprised of the following bodies
which nominated by the institutions and
appionted by the Attorney General:
a) two representatives from the office of
the Attorney General;
b) two representatives from Advocate’s
Association; and
c) one representative from the Federal
First Instance Court.
3/ The term of a member of this Committee
shall be two years and no member shall
be elected for more than two terms;
4/ The Chairperson of the Committee shall
be nominated by the Attorney General
from among the members of the
Committee.

፩/ ለአመልካቾች የጥብቅና ፍቃድ ሊሰጥ
የሚገባው ስለመሆን አለመሆኑ የሚወሰን
“የጥብቅና ፍቃድ ገምጋሚ ኮሚቴ” በዚህ
አዋጅ ተቋቁሟል።
፪/ ኮሚቴው ከሚከተሉት አካላት የተውጣጡ
በየተቋማቱ የሚመረጡና በጠቅላይ ዐቃቤ
ሕጉ የሚሾሙ አምስት አባላት ይኖሩታል፡ሀ) ከጠቅላይ ዐቃቤ ሕግ ሁለት ተወካዮች፣
፲፫ሺ፭፻፵፩
ለ) ከጠበቆች ማኅበር ሁለት ተወካዮች፣ እና
ሐ) ከፌደራል መጀመሪያ ደረጃ ፍርድ ቤት
አንድ ተወካይ።
፫/ የአንድ አባል የሥራ ዘመን ሁለት ዓመት
ሲሆን ከሁለት ጊዜ በላይ በአባልነት ሊመረጥ
አይችልም።
፬/ የኮሚቴው ሰብሳቢ ከአባላቱ መካከል በጠቅላይ
ዐቃቤ ሕጉ የሚሰየም ይሆናል።
