1/ The manager shall be responsible to
discharge his duties in accordance with
the partnership agreement, this
Proclamation and other relevant laws;
2/ The manager of a law firm shall ensure
that the firm discharges its duties and
responsibilities provided in the by-laws
of the partnership, the partnership
agreement, this Proclamation and other
relevant laws;
3/ Without prejudice to the general
provisions of Sub-Articles
(1) and
(2) of
this Article, the manager shall perform
the following activities:
a) monitor the activities of delivering
the advocacy service by the firm in
general;
b) receive and solve grievances
presented by clients and refer it to
the appropriate body when he finds it
appropriate;
c) prepare the performance report of
the firm and report it to the
appropriate body;
d) get the firm audited; declare and pay
taxes according to the tax law.

፩/ ሥራ-አስኪያጁ በሽርክና ስምምነቱ፣ በዚህ
አዋጅ እና አግባብነት ባላቸው ሌሎች ሕጎች
መሠረት የተጣሉበትን ግዴታዎች መወጣት
አለበት።
፪/ የጥብቅና ድርጅት ሥራ-አስኪያጅ ድርጅቱ፣
በውስጠ ደንቦች፣ በሽርክና ስምምነቱ፣ በዚህ
አዋጅ እና አግባብነት ባላቸው ሌሎች ሕጎች
መሠረት የተጣሉበትን ግዴታዎች መወጣቱን
ማረጋገጥ አለበት።
፫/ በዚህ አንቀጽ ንዑስ አንቀጽ
(፩) እና
(፪) የተጠቀሰው ጠቅላላ ድንጋጌ እንደተጠበቀ
ሆኖ ሥራ-አስኪያጁ፡ሀ) አጠቃላይ የጥብቅና ድርጅቱን የጥብቅና
አገልግሎት አሰጣጥ እንቅስቃሴ
የመቆጣጠር፣
ለ) ከደንበኞች የሚቀርቡ ቅሬታዎችን
መቀበል እና መፍታት፤ አግባብ ሆኖ
ሲያገኘው ለሚመለከተው አካል
የማሳወቅ፣
ሐ) የድርጅቱን የሥራ ክንውን ሪፖርት
የማዘጋጀትና ለሚመለከተው አካል
ሪፖርት የማቅረብ፣
መ) ድርጅቱን ኦዲት የማስደረግና መክፈል
የሚጠበቅበትን ታክስ በታክስ ሕጉ
መሠረት በወቅቱ የማሳወቅና የመክፈል
ግዴታ አለበት።
