1/ The Board shall have an office within the
office of the Attorney General.
2/ The employees of the Board shall be
assigned by the Attorney General. The
duties and responsibilities of the office
shall be determined by a Directive to be
issued by the Board.
3/ The allowance that should be paid to the
Board members, while in the
performance of their duty, shall be
covered by the Attorney General.
4/ The particulars of the administration of
the budget of the Board and allowance
to be paid to its members shall be
determined by a Directive to be issued
by the Attorney General.

፩/ ቦርዱ በጠቅላይ ዐቃቤ ሕግ መሥሪያ ቤት
ውስጥ ጽሕፈት ቤት ይኖረዋል።
፪/ የቦርዱ ጽሕፈት ቤት ሠራተኞች በጠቅላይ
ዐቃቤ ሕግ ይመደባሉ፤ ጽሕፈት ቤቱ
የሚሰራው ሥራ ዝርዝር ቦርዱ በሚያወጣው
መመሪያ ይወሰናል።
፫/ የቦርዱ አባላት የቦርዱን ሥራ በሚፈጸሙበት
ጊዜ ሊከፈላቸው የሚገባ ክፍያ በጠቅላይ
ዐቃቤ ሕግ ይሸፈናል።

፬/ ስለቦርዱ በጀት አስተዳደርና ስለቦርድ አባላት
ክፍያ ዝርዝሩ በጠቅላይ ዐቃቤ ሕግ በሚወጣ
መመሪያ ይወሰናል።
