1/ The Board shall meet at least four times
within a year;
2/ Without prejudice to the provision of
Sub-Article
(1) of this Article, the
chairperson at any time may call an
extraordinary meeting;
3/ The Board shall put a system whereby
the regular personal responsibilities of
its members and their activities as
Board members shall not be affected;
4/ There shall be a quorum to conduct a
meeting when at least five members
attend a meeting;
5/ The Board shall pass decisions by
agreement; when there is no agreement
reached it pass decisions by a majority
vote of members present; In case of tie,
the chairperson shall have a casting
vote;
6/ Without prejudice to the provisions of
this Article, the Board, without
contradicting the provisions of this
Proclamation, may issue a Directive that
determines its Internal Procedure to
conduct business.

፩/ ቦርዱ በዓመት ቢያንስ አራት ጊዜ ይሰበሰባል።
፪/ የዚህ አንቀጽ ንዑስ አንቀጽ
(፩) ድንጋጌ
እንደተጠበቀ ሆኖ ሰብሳቢው በማንኛውም ጊዜ
አስቸኳይ ስብሰባ ሊጠራ ይችላል።
፫/ ቦርዱ የአባላቱን መደበኛ ሥራ በማይጎዳና
የቦርዱ ሥራ በማይስተጓጎል መልኩ የአሠራር
ሥርዓት ይዘረጋል።
፬/ ከቦርዱ አባላት ቢያንስ አምስቱ ከተገኙ
ምልዓተ ጉባዔ ይሆናል።
፭/ የቦርዱ ውሳኔ የሚሰጠው በስምምነት ይሆናል፤
ሆኖም ስምምነት ባልተገኘ ጊዜ በስብሰባው
በተገኙ አባላት አብላጫ ድምጽ ሲደገፍ
ይሆናል፤ ድምጽ እኩል ለእኩል በተከፈለ
ጊዜ የቦርዱ ሰብሳቢ የደገፈው ወገን አብላጫ
ይሆናል።
፮/ የዚህ አንቀጽ ድንጋጌዎች እንደተጠበቁ ሆኖ
ቦርዱ የራሱን የውስጥ አሠራር ሥርዓት
በተመለከተ የዚህን አዋጅ ድንጋጌዎች
ሳይቃረን በመመሪያ ሊወስን ይችላል።
