Article 65 — — (2) Exception.

1) One of the spouses may freely give the other spouse a mandate to receive the income which is due to him. 2) The court may at the request of one of the spouses, authorize such spouse to receive the income of the other spouse and to give receipt thereof. 3) Unless other laws provide otherwise, the court may also order the full or partial attachment of the income of either spouse.
